Dew Drops- An Ongoing Residential Project by Ram India in Saswad

In a cosmopolitan city like Pune, life is not how it is in sub-urban locations of other cities. The people of the city do not have much time to spend with family members. And with the amount of work they do, the mind does not allow them to put some more efforts after the day ends at work for them. The hectic lifestyle that these people live here is a necessity that demand solution.

What according to you is the solution to this? Will having own home in the city be sufficient to deal with the routine stress of the workplace?

Well! Even we feel it is not the solution that will help. We believe, what  a man needs today is not merely a place but a peaceful place. A place that brings freshness in the lives of the people. With the concrete jungle expanding each year, there is hardly any place left to get close to nature. And even if there are a few places, one needs to take out  time for that which is not easy again.

So, Dew drops, an ongoing project by Ram India Group, is an initiative to bring people closer to nature and spend peaceful time at home amid the green environs along with beauty and freshness.

The project, as the name reads, is based on the very basic but necessary need of life, freshness and peacefulness. The marvellous residential project is located in Saswad and offers 120 residences across 10 imposing buildings with configuration options of 1 and 2 bhk flats in equal numbers.

The project is designed keeping in mind to allow maximum sunlight and flow of fresh air across each flat with zero congestion. The location of the project complements its concept with the pollution-free , lush green ambience with colorful flowers blooming in and around, birds chirping and cool breeze wrapping you all around.

With all this comes the personalized living space for all the residents who would love to return back to home for their personal space in life that they enjoy the most.

So, if this project interests you, explore more details about the project here.
